  • Can I pick up my order? / Do you have a store?
    Venerate Industries Official Store is an online store only, we do not have a physical store.
  • Can I combine orders / add items to an already existing order to save on shipping costs?
    We are not able to make any changes to already existing orders. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can however cancel it so that you can place a new order containing all the items you wish to purchase.
  • How can I track my package?
    Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking information. The e-mail contains a "Track Package" button that will automatically forward you to the used courier's tracking page. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder.
  • Do you have a size chart for your items?
    Yes, there is a size chart below the Buy Now button in each apparel page.
  • When will my order arrive / how long does shipping take?
    If your order does not contain any pre-order items (see below) it will be shipped within 1-7 working days after purchasing. Once shipped, depending on where you are shipping can take up to 2-3 days (Greece), 7 days (Europe & UK) and 30 days (Worldwide). If you want your order to arrive as soon as possible, please select DHL or FedEx at checkout.
  • When will my pre-order be shipped?
    Please read the product description of the pre-order item carefully. If all items are delivered on time, your item(s) will be shipped a few days ahead of their official release date. Please note that we always try to make sure you have your purchased goods on the release date, however we are not in control of the production of every item sold in the store. Please be understanding that if there's a delay in the manufacturing process, there's nothing we can do about it. Please contact our support team to schedule pick ups.
  • How much does shipping cost?

  • What shipping companies you work with?
    All orders are being shipped with DHL/Deutsche Post/FedEx/ΕΛΤΑ(Hellenic Post) worldwide and ACS Courier(Greece only).
  • How much is your delivery time/period?
    Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Greece) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
  • Can I return items from my order?
    As long as the items are unworn and unwashed you can return them to the below address: Venerate Industries Al. Panagouli 39 15238 - Halandri Greece Please note that we do not cover shipping back to us. If you want to make sure your package arrives okay you might want to consider sending insured / trackable. Please also include either a copy of your invoice or a brief note with your order number so we can assign the package to the right order / customer. Once the items are with us and have been checked by our team, we will refund the amount due to your preferred payment method!
  • Returns & Refunds
    Consumers may return any product they bought directly from ENERPA S.M.P.C. if they just change their minds or decision, subject to the following terms and conditions: The product must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, at the latest, from the date of purchase. The returned product must not have been used, must be in perfect condition (as new), exactly as it was before it was sold, in its full, original packaging (box, plastic film, foam rubber, which must not be teared or damaged/altered) and must include the entire contents of the original packaging. In order for a return to be accepted, the original purchase document (sales receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally bought the product and whose information is shown on the purchase document. The return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer, except when the products received are not the ones that had been ordered. If the above conditions are met and the product return is accepted. If the purchase was paid with a credit card or paypal, the transaction will be cancelled, and the refund will be credited to the credit card or your paypal account. The amount will be refunded to the customer either by cancelling the credit card transaction or by deposit to a bank account. In case of repeat returns or where our company, at its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer is abusing his/her right to return the products or acts in bad faith, it will be entitled to refuse the product return, even if the above terms and conditions are met. ENERPA S.M.P.C. reserve the right to revoke or amend its return policy at any time, by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions at its website. ENERPA S.M.P.C. packages products in the best possible manner, in order to avoid any accident during transport. It will bear no liability for any accident or damage occurring during shipment. In the event of a product return, the consumer will bear all shipping costs.
  • What kind of payments do you accept?
